have you ever just wanted to do good for yourself such as being successful,healthy,and over all a good person? i know i do but sometimes you just have things or people telling you NO or just not very helpful in trying to keep you motivated?just kind of making you down?

love that quote i saw it on my twitter timeline today and it just sounded soo much like today and how i felt. i thought id make a blog about it because sometimes people feel the same way but dont really like to talk about it.
i feel like in the past year ive grown and theres something out there for me to do REALLY good to help people and make good money.
well on my quest to being a better person i make daily goals. i dont always fullfil them and i do try and i dont set unrealistic goals either.
when i feel like people are getting me down and unmotivated i try to think about myself and how i want to be successful and happy in life. you may not be able to change people and have them be just as happy about life as you but you can always change how you feel and your surroundings. i think it reminds you of how much more you really want something and it pushes you even more to something better and to your goals if someone tells you that you cant prove them wrong and do it right. if it takes practice and dedication then do it. its a great feeling of accomplishment and if you decide you dont want that way of life anymore then change it!
its your life and only you can change it and affect it. think as if it were your last day on earth would you be satisified with what youve done so far?

here are my goals for the day:
drink 5 to 8 bottles of water( since i prob wont work out alot)
walk my 2 miles with my 5 pound weights
help someone today
not eat junk food
smile at people
study
